MSETC Rules
The safety and enjoyment of everyone, the Club asks that you and your guests fully comply with these rules. While the Club is not responsible for injury or damage to persons or property while on the Club grounds, we believe that all of us will enjoy our club events more if everyone complies with these basic rules.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE RULES OF THE SHOW GROUNDS.
1. The "Head of the unit" must be 18 years old, staying in the unit and is responsible for the behavior, location and welfare of all other members of your group. Children must be kept under adult supervision at all times.
2. THIS IS A STEAM AND GAS SHOW – KEEP AWAY FROM HOT MACHINERY AND ALWAYS WEAR SHOES!!
3. ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol or drugs are to be consumed while operating equipment. Alcohol MUST be concealed at all times.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
5. ABSOLUTELY – No operation of equipment (except official vehicles), no whistles, no fireworks etc. after dark.
6. Areas MUST be quiet by 12:00 a.m. CURFEW TIME!!!!
7. Minimum age limit of thirteen (13 yrs) for operating a tractor unless child is accompanied by an adult or parent.
8. No more than two (2) people on a tractor at any one time.
9. No Bicycles or Motorized Vehicles are to be used during Show hours except authorized handicap and official vehicles.
10. No Modified Tractors - Stock Farm Tractors only.
11. Pets must be on a leash and secured at all times. You are responsible to clean up after your pet.
12. Profane or Vulgar language, Excessive Loud Noise, Hazardous Activities, and or Disorderly Conduct and other annoyances will NOT be tolerated.
13. Firearms, fireworks, floating lanterns, potentially dangerous or hazardous equipment and hazardous substances will not be allowed on the grounds.
14. Campfires must be contained and attended at all times. Any fires deemed too large by the Sheriff’s Dept., or Fire Personnel will be extinguished.

Michigan Steam Engine and Threshers Club is a non-profit organization located in Mason, Michigan. We are dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of historic agricultural equipment, including steam power.
